Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means we gladly accept returns of unused or unopened products that are in the same condition that you received them, and in their original packaging. 

How To Return

  1. Contact us at to request a return.
  2. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you an email with instructions. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
  3. Pack your returning items in a shipping box, preferably in the one the item(s) were mailed to you.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item(s) are defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can help solve the issue and make it right. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at for further instructions.

The Goodness Lip Balm

Our tubes are made from aluminium tube, which can be very fragile and prone to dents - we're in the process of fixing this as we move forward. So, we can't exchange it based on little dents seen on the tubes. However, we can exchange it if the lip balm seal has be broken or if you received the wrong item.

Exceptions/Non-returnable Items

Due to the nature of our skincare products, we do not accept returns of used or opened products. Unfortunately, we also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


We only offer an exchange in the event you received a defective or a wrong product. 

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


We will notify you once we’ve received and reviewed your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
